We provide only the highest quality fish and shellfish. Supplied vacuum packed, it can be boned, cleaned, scaled, filleted, supplied whole or in portions, and labelled in English upon request.

We offer the very finest wine, Champagne and cider vinegars from Clovis, and Italy’s best Balsamic vinegars from the Consorzio in Modena, as the highlights of our extensive range.

 
We can supply Kosher foodstuffs including wines, meats, cheeses, bread, jam, olives, salmon, cakes, canned goods and much more. We can also supply Halal charcuterie, chicken, eggs, meats, flatbread and pasta. Dairy-free and gluten-free products also feature in our range.

 
We stock a comprehensive range of soft and alcoholic drinks. Our provisioning team is well aware of potential specific requirements for packaging and pack sizes.
 
Our range of spirits features every likely request and includes many products not widely available in France, including prestige and luxury blends and a wide range of premium Vodkas. We will throughout the season keep our list updated with any developments relating to the current ‘must-have’ cocktail ingredient.

 
After the success of the exquisite range from Molton Brown in the VSF Caribbean list for 2007-8 we are pleased to be able to continue to offer a comprehensive range of these must-have luxury toiletries. These join a wider range of bathroom and welcome aboard items.

 
We have built up a strong relationship with our butchers and meat suppliers over the years and are confident we can supply the broadest range of the very finest cuts.
 
Descriptions of cuts of meat vary in France, Britain and America, so please refer to the diagrams before ordering, or phone us with any queries you may have. Meat can be vacuum-packed and labelled as required.
 
Beef and Veal: when ordering a rack of veal, please specify the number of chops (each around 300g).
 
Loin chops are the same as Striploin (US). Filet Mignon is the same as Tenderloin (US). Osso Bucco generally uses Knuckle. Please specify whether Loin or Leg for roasts.
 
Poultry: Chicken, Quail, Guinea Fowl.
 
Pork: Fillet is the whole Loin in France (around 4kg). Please specify whether Loin or Leg for roasts. Please be as specific as possible when ordering Spare Ribs, Suckling Pig and Charcuterie.
 
Lamb: A rack of Lamb, before trimming, contains 7 – 9 chops and weighs around 1.2kg. Chump chops can be deboned and rolled as a joint (Rolled Rump).
