Fresh fish, shellfish and caviar

We provide only the highest quality fish and shellfish. Supplied vacuum packed and labelled and prepared according to your specific requirements.

From Beluga caviar with its large dark-grey grains and full flavoured aftertaste, to Oscietra and its smaller grained nuttiness, VSF is able to supply the world’s best caviar for you at market prices.

Cheese and Dairy

Whether searching for famous cheeses such as Camembert, Stilton or Parmesan, or rarer varieties such as Crottin de Chavignol or Fleur du Maquis from Corsica, we provide the perfect selection for your cheese requirements. Our extensive range extends from local artisanal varieties to imported favourites, such as Haloumi and English Cheddar.

Spirits, beers and soft drinks

We stock a comprehensive range of soft and alcoholic drinks. Our provisioning team is well aware of potential specific requirements for packaging and pack sizes. Our range of spirits features every likely request and includes many products not widely available in France, including prestige and luxury blends and a wide range of premium Vodkas. Throughout the season we will keep updated with any developments relating to the current ‘must-have’ cocktail ingredient.

Toiletries and bathroom essentials

VSF is pleased to continue to offer the comprehensive range of the must-have luxury toiletries from Molton Brown, as well as the everpopular Bvlgari products. Please don’t hesitate to contact us for further details and advice on choice of fragrance.

In addition to these ranges, we are delighted to introduce this season the fantastic range of organic toiletries from London-based aromatherapist Alexandra Soveral, designed exclusively for yachts. Available in three fragrances: Frangipani and Lime, Bergamot and Grapefruit and Rose Geranium and Green Mandarin. The labels can be customised with your yacht name and logo, and Alexandra offers a bespoke fragrance service, designing a unique fragrance specially for your yacht according to your preferences.

These toiletries join our wider range of bathroom and welcome aboard items.

Interior, domestic and cleaning

All your cleaning material needs, as well as laundry products, can be ably taken care of by our team.

Meat and charcuterie

We have built up a strong relationship with our butchers and meat suppliers over the years and are confident we can supply the broadest range of the very finest cuts.

Descriptions of cuts of meat vary in France, Britain and America, so please refer to the diagrams before ordering, or phone us with any queries you may have. Meat can be vacuum-packed and labelled as required.

Beef and Veal: when ordering a rack of veal, please specify the number of chops (each around 300g).

Loin chops are the same as Striploin (US). Filet Mignon is the same as Tenderloin (US). Osso Bucco generally uses Knuckle. Please specify whether Loin or Leg for roasts.

Poultry: Chicken, Quail, Guinea Fowl.

Pork: Fillet is the whole Loin in France (around 4kg). Please specify whether Loin or Leg for roasts. Please be as specific as possible when ordering Spare Ribs, Suckling Pig and Charcuterie.

Lamb: A rack of Lamb, before trimming, contains 7 – 9 chops and weighs around 1.2kg. Chump chops can be deboned and rolled as a joint (Rolled Rump).

Oils and vinegar

Our choice of oils extends from exquisite truffle oils to the delicious local extra virgin olive oil from Nicolas Alziari, in its distinctive blue tins, first pressed in 1868 and still made in Nice today. Whether you’re looking for Champagne vinegar or the finest aged Balsamic from the Consorzio in Modena, we list a range that is sure to include something to suit your requirements.

Chocolates and coffee

Our range includes divine artisanal chocolates from Lac and Maison du Chocolat, along with the famous brands that may be requested by your guests. For your culinary needs we also supply the finest Valrhona patisserie chocolate. Our preferred coffee choices are from Illy and Nespresso, both from pure Arabica beans.

Special requirements

Naturally we are positioned to supply your needs for speciality foods and dietary requirements. We have excellent suppliers of Kosher and Halal foodstuffs. We also have comprehensive ranges of organic and gluten-free products.
